Modeled Moment: Ramp Car Racing
Use books or other flat objects to create a ramp for a toy car. Ask your child to predict how far the car will go after sliding down the ramp. Use a tape measure to check and compare with your child's prediction. What happens if you lower or raise your ramp? Does that make a difference in the distance that a car will roll?
